National Institute Of Siddha, Chennai – M.D (Siddha) 2016 2017 Entrance Exam
The National Institute of Siddha located in Chennai is administered under of Department of Ayush, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, government of India conducts this exam to admit medical graduates in M.D ( Siddha) courses offered by the instate.
The applicant must be a citizen of India.
The applicant must be B.I.M./B.S.M.S graduate from any college recognized by any Indian university.
They must also complete their internship in order to be eligible for this exam.
They must be a member of Central Council of Indian Medicine or State Council of Indian Medicine.
AVAIL OF APPLICATION:
The applications will be available from 1st November on the website nischennai.org.
The cost of application is Rs.1000/- for general category.
In case of reserved category the cost of application is Rs.750/-.
The last date for receipt of filled applications along with necessary certificates will be on 1st October.
The examination will be held on 15th October at the institute campus in Chennai. The counselling will be starting from 17th October.
The examination consists of multiple choice questions.
The duration of the examination is 180 minutes most likely.
The questions will test the basic understanding of the candidates in Siddha field.
Then the candidate will be called for interview will be carried out by panel of members.
Then the merit list will be declared by the institute.
The admission of a candidate will depend upon their performance in written test as well as their past academic record.
The admission is made based upon the reservations and regulations laid by the Government of India.
