GITAM UNIVERSITY ONLINE ADMISSION TEST (GAT) 2013

This online entrance exam is organized by Gitam University, one of the top universities in India to admit potential candidates in their university for courses in Engineering & Architecture. More over there will be a special concession such as 100% fee waiver who tops in this online exam, nearly 50% fee waiver for candidates ranked from 11-100 declared by this university after taking up this exam…

The applications will be issued in December in selected braches Of Union Bank of India & Indian Bank across India & it can also be downloaded from www.gitam.edu.The last date for submission of filled applications will be in the month of March & exam will be commenced in April till may as it is conducted over 20 major cities across country.

The examination fee of Rs.1000/- (Male) & Rs.600/- (Female) can be remitted in the form of demand draft in the favour of  GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.

The applicants must completed 12th standard securing minimum 60% of marks. Kindly note candidates who are taking up exam for Architecture should mandatory attend NATA entrance exam to get admission is this university.

The examinations consists of 100 questions each carrying 3 marks per question which has to be completed within duration of 120 minutes. For every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted as negative marking.

The examination is divided into 3 sections namely

  • Section A,
  • Section B &
  • Section C.

The topics covered in these sections are Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
