ORISSA JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM (OJEE) 2015-2014
Not being different from other state government, this entrance is organized exclusive for residents of Orissa in admitting them in professioonal courses for both undergarauation and postgraduation courses.
The non residents of Orissa are also eligible to write this exam but they can get admission only in private college on the basis of national quota not in governmnet colleges.
The applications will be issued from February in offices of State Bank of India, Syndicate banks and Post offices across Orissa till March. The cost of application is Rs.550/- which can remitted through demand draft in the favour of OJEE, Payable at Bhubaneswar.The applications can also availed through online by logging into the link www.odoshajee.com. The filled application must reach the concern office on or before last week of March.
The eligibility criteria for writing this exam is that the applicant must be paseed 12th standard with minimum 50% marks in case of general category and 45% marks in case of SC/ST applicants. The candidates who are wrting exam for architecture, they must mandatory attend NATA exam and secured 40% marks in that exam , if not the applicant is not eligible to write this exam.Regaring PG, the candiate must be a grdauate from college recognized by any University.
The questions asked in the exam will try to check the basic knowledge of applicants in subjects like physics, Mathematics, Biology and chemisty for UG courses. For PG, the questions will test the understnding of candiate in their UG discipline.
